"The Power of Video - 2006" a fundraiser for the Northwest Actor's Studio.
The Poster Contest!
What is it?
Well simply put, we're a bunch of independent filmmakers, actors, crew-people, who are creative in our own right, (and work for peanuts or volunteer our time) but we either don't have the skills to make posters, or (as in most cases) the TIME! So we're putting it out the general on-line public hoping some creative soul will help us out with their skills.
How does one participate?
Easy enough question. We've provided a gallery of screen captures that you can use. Download them, create till your hearts content and submit the results before the 15th of December to Roach.
What do you win?
A full set of DVD copies of all the Short Films being Screened,
A CD of "Ockham's Razor"
A full "Video Ticket" showing anything and everything that takes place at the "Power of Video 2006" event. (Both nights).
Some Behind the Scenes footage from "Awakenings" (that no one else gets to see)
Your poster Plastered all over the NWAS's walls during the events where everyone gets to see it! (and since they tend not to take things down, it'll be up for a REALLY long time).
And if you'd like we'll get the entire cast/crew of that Short film to autograph it!
